בתחתית חלון התוסף לחצו על "נתקלתם בתקלה? פנו לתמיכה" ואז על "פתיחת טיוטת מייל". תיפתח הודעת מייל מוכנה אלינו, עם דוח אבחון טכני כבר בפנים — נשאר רק לתאר בקצרה מה קרה וללחוץ שליחה.
דוח האבחון מכיל אך ורק נתונים טכניים: מונים, גדלים ויומן אירועים מסונן. הוא לעולם לא מכיל את הטקסטים או הקבצים שלכם, ושום דבר לא נשלח בלי שאתם לוחצים שליחה בעצמכם.

The fastest way to report a problem is from the extension itself: open the "Ran into a problem? Contact support" panel at the bottom of the popup and click "Open an email draft" — a pre-filled email opens with a technical report attached. The report contains no personal content, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
